MK-dent Return Process

The satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our products have the highest priority. If you have experienced a problem with your MK-dent product, you can send the affected product in for a detailed examination by our MK-dent Repair Team

 

1. Filling in the online return form

 

As the return process is fully digitalized, please fill in the below mentioned form with all

 requested information

This allows us to track your submission at any time and contact you if we have any q

uestions. In addition, you will receive automated information on the status of your submission.

In case of warranties, kindly check the warranty terms & conditions prior to your shipment

Please do not send the product just yet and kindly wait for the approval mentioned in step 2.

 

Returns that are sent in without prior registration using the online form cannot be processed and will be returned without being checked. In addition the return to you will be subject to shipping charges.

2. Customer Service Feedback

Our customer service team will then contact you with a recommendation for action that can help you to solve the problem you have experienced locally if possible.


Often problems can be remedied without sending it in, which means that the costs of a possible return can be saved on both sides


If the product needs to be sent in for inspection, you will receive a confirmation with further shipping instructions. You will receive an individual ticket ID for your case which is necessary in case of further questions.

Please ensure the Ticket-ID and written confirmation are attached or inserted into the parcel.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Proforma Invoice (Outside of EU only):

Furthermore, we kindly ask you to attach an invoice on the outside which provides the following information:
  • All products listed that will be returned
  • Serial number (if applicable) of the returned item must be visible.
  • Include the original invoice MK-dent provided when we sent you the shipment.
  • The MK-dent Ticket ID for fast identification once received from our side.
  • Please insert a value of only 1 € / $ per item
  • The header should state the following:
- “The products on this invoice are defective and are being returned to the manufacturer MK-dent. The items have no commercial value, value for customs purpose only” -

In case the Proforma Invoice is not included additional charges for customs clearance will occur that need to be forwarded to you!

 Packaging:

Please ensure items are packed individually and are well protected to prevent any transportation damages.
For a fast identification on our side please add the MK-dent Ticket ID to the label/Invoice/packing list.

4. Inspection by MK-dent


Regardless of the reason for your submission, the product is first checked for all functions. If the product is sent in for a repair, you will receive a quotation with all labor costs & the parts that need to be replaced.

In the case of a warranty claim, your product will be repaired free of charge and sent back to you immediately.

Are there any irregularities during the test that do not point to a product defect but to possible errors in preparation or handling?

In that case  will receive a comprehensive report from our service team including detailed error descriptions and pictures. This will help us, the dealer and the dental practice, to eliminate possible causes and to reduce the operating costs of your MK-dent product in the long term.

5. Repair by our MK-dent repair team


After the diagnosis and, if necessary, the approval of the cost estimate, the product is completely disassembled and all defective parts are replaced. Wear-and-tear parts such as o-rings are always changed to ensure that your MK-dent product works perfectly as usual.

6. Final inspection of your MK-dent product


Finally, the success of the repair is confirmed by our experienced service technicians by checking and documenting all of the relevant parameters. This includes, among other things, checking the speed, torque, volume, noise frequency and many more, so that you can concentrate fully on your work again.

All repaired items are 100% checked to ensure the proper function.

7. Return


As soon as the final inspection has been successfully completed, your product will be packaged in a shatterproof manner and returned directly to you by our shipping service provider together with the invoice.
