      Return of unwanted items

      Due to the high demands placed on medical devices, it is unfortunately not possible for products to be returned.

      For products that are still in their original packaging and show no signs of damage, please contact our MK-dent Service Team at service@mk-dent.com. Please note that if we agree to the return, a maximum of 80% of the purchase price, but at least €20, must be charged for costs incurred.

      Any product that fails quality inspection as determined solely by MK-dent GmbH customer service (e.g. opened packaging, scratches, used or damaged items, missing components) will be returned to you with no refund of purchase price.
