The items are carefully packed by our orders team to ensure the goods reach you in good condition. However, if you have received a delivery that was damaged in the mail, we will send you a replacement immediately, provided you have opted for transport insurance in advance.
To do this, you must inform us within 30 days of receipt that you refuse the product and return the product to us (unless otherwise agreed).
Refunds will be made in the form of a credit note once we have confirmed that you are eligible for a refund for the defective product. If you need help with faulty items after the 30 days have passed, please contact us at service@mk-dent.com so we can discuss your options. This does not affect your legal rights.
If transport insurance was not selected (incoterms ex-works and/or insurance was not explicitly stated on the invoice), the transport was at your own risk. Accordingly, we cannot pay for the damage.
